i had a great experience because of one fine gentleman. Hanz was so helpful with all my needs even though he was so busy. He educated and informed me on all the products I was looking to buy and my shopping experience one of the best ones I’ve had til this date. Will definitely be worth driving to this store because the customer experience is flawless

Live within walking distance to this coles but am finding that the shelves are bare on almost a daily basis. Very frustrating to have to go to a different supermarket to get the things coles dont have on the shelves..Have been doing more shopping at Woolies at kippa ring as their shelves are always fully stocked and I can get everything I need in one shop.

I normally boycott Coles and Woolworths however made an exception for this place when on holidays in Redcliffe. Very convenient, easy parking and easy access.

worst experiance of my life, i want to shoot myself dead after entering this store. i was going to buy dog food for my grandma at this store that i thought looked nice. as i entered this mysterious hardware store, i was greeted with a mosquito. it buzzed on my EAR!! excruciating experiance!!!!! i do not reconmend going to this store. i was also in the second isle when i was shot dead by a old man with a rifle!!!! i am dead right now!!!i do not reconmend this life stealing store!!!

I went in for a few groceries and a button battery. They didn't have the battery in stock. The store is clean and bright and I love the self service here.

Terrible service. Served by Angela at service desk counter. The attitude received by me as a customer was unbelievable. Asked for a receipt and she just pointed at the machine. (Which was not working) she opened it up and it was jammed with hours worth of receipts. Not a word of hello from her and nothing but negative attitude for my whole experience at the checkout. Will not be returning to this store.

So disappointing to see this store has added larger self serve checkouts and never have any checkout operators or checkout lines open. It took me 20 minutes to scan and pack my $430 shopping trolley the other day. It's a shame to see this business cutting wages for the workers and offering no service to the customers. Nice work Coles, you have the customer doing all the work while you reap the profits.

I never leave reviews but I think I need to.I've tried to support this supermarket as it's just down the road, but sorry I'm done and will never go back ! There is a couple staff that provide polite customer service but to be honest 99% of the time the rest of the counter staff are just rude. Went in today payed through the self service check out said hello to the staff member in that area ...no response ... On to the front counter and again just rude service .... Stock is always running out ! Will be shopping a Woolworths in Bluewater square from now as they provide polite service and are always stocked appropriately.
