Dealing with Boyd was a pleasure! Boyd was available anytime to answer questions about measurements and details whilst we were building the shed. Steel-Line garage doors were extremely competitive price wise. The installation boys, wow! They worked so hard, well done boys. Thanks guys we are so happy with our doors, love them and would recommend them, in fact I believe our next door neighbours, although they already have their roller door are getting Steel-Line to install.

Very poor communication. The receptionist and admin managers have all very poor communications, takes weeks for anything to happen. Won't be using these guys again.Unfortunately my garage door is their product, otherwise I would've never wasted my time on them!Proper waste of time. No one has a sense of responsibility.

The new motor would not have been required if your staff had not broken mine in the first placethe original job was to program two new remotes and should have cost me $150-200 plus $80 for the now useless remotesFinal cost to me is $850 thanks to your generous discount of $100 off your bottom lineSo you make slightly less profit and my loss is about $600That is a very good result for youMy advice to others remains the same GO ELSEWHERE

I will never buy another steel-line door againMy door is falling apart after just over 5 years and Michael has told me it is out of warranty, and that they have no record of ever servicing our door, even though they came out twice in 2016.The webbing is falling of the side of the door.Now he tells me you should get around 10 years life from a door but this does not seem to be the case with a Steel-line door.He told me they would give me a discount on a new door but why would i buy a door that has half the live expectancy as any other door.Good like if you buy from Steel-line in Darwin there customer service is very poor.I had to give a star before i could post but they don't deserve any.Sorry there sales rep Vanessa did a good job.

Darwin Roller Door Services, what can I say? This company are an absolute joy to work with. Jilly coordinated the installation of my roller door and a security screen that was made and fitted by Easy Glass in Winnellie. Everything that was promised was delivered, no lies, no false start dates, just complete honesty and awesome communication throughout. I highly recommend both companies. The standard of work is very good. Thanks again Jilly. You are a legend.

i so wish i had seen these reviews before i ordered a door from these people. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here. Terrible service. Delay after delay. Very poor communication.Our door was 6 weeks late and it was urgent!!! then they had to be called back as it was installed incorrectly. DO NOT BUY A DOOR OFF THESE PEOPLE

Paid them to visit, take one look at my door and tell me the motor is the problem and leave in less than 2 minutes; no options, recommendations, or advice was given. Left with an invoice saying they conducted a 'service'. Rubbish.

Very easy to deal with, even when things had to get changed due to COVID lockdown. Would highly recommend
