I have always found Kenneth to be a very trustworthy, reliable and professional person to deal with. He is a great communicator and I would highly recommend using Kenneth's services.

I don't recommend this bookkeepeer for small business owners unless you already know what you are doing. I didn't feel supported. Very expensive and I don't understand what I was paying for. In the end I closed my business so I definitely don't recommend these services. They also require direct debit payments and are not transparent about what you are paying for. I found this very confusing. They also don't have their own office so you have to use virtual services or meet at a cafe which costs you more money. You also pay extra to have meetings which you shouldn't have too, their services are not worth the money. I even had an appointment cancelled within 20 minutes, I was already waiting at the cafe for them. I do not recommend this bookkeepeer.

Kenneth has been my bookkeeper for almost 10 years, and I have been really happy with his work. He is really easy to chat to and always keeps everything up to date. Highly recommend.
