Bass Coast Tree Care are a great group of young men who are punctual, polite and did an amazing job. They did everything we wanted to be done and left the yard as tidy as possible by the time they were finished. We had two tall gum trees removed and stumps ground out and had the weight taken out of two super large healthy trees as well as the branch’s that were of concern. Everything was either mulched or left for us for firewood. I would highly recommend them

Max and the boys were total professionals. Quoted promptly , executed the job couple of days later, cleaned up and left the place spot in. Pleasure to deal with.

The crew arrived at the specified time and approached the work in an energetic and efficient manner, and the required work was completed within the agreed time frame. Max, Bailey and the other fellas were clearly competent, polite and professional, and the site was thoroughly cleaned up. This Arboricultural Service have breathed new life on my 120 year old Eucalyptus Botrioydes, 3 trees in all. Bass Coast Tree Care are professional, qualified and knowledgable in the understanding of tree management. There's no 'chop chop get em down' with this crew, I'm so excited to have found a Tree Care Service who really do care and have the tree's health and maintenance as a priority, as well as the final cleanup! My gratitude to the boys from Bass Coast Tree Care is hard to put into a brief review. Their professionalism is exceptional. They went above and beyond my expectations and I cannot praise them enough for the care they took in reshaping and making safe two beautiful old gum trees on my property. They removed overgrown bushes and trimmed the shrubbery. They clearly love what they do and are genuinely passionate about their work. I look forward to having them back in the New Year to get to work on taming a couple of enormous conifers in the front garden.

Unfortunately I can't give a good review at all. Jakyb looked at the job and said yes no worries can do it easy and quoted.When he finally did get here, he has left the tree two thirds unfinished and won't be back.Got too hard and blamed his staff for not being experienced enough on the ground after removing most of it.Left the highest branches overhanging our house. Not happy and extremely dangerous.

We recently had Bass Coast Tree Care here to cut back the lily pily trees that almost surround our property. I presented them with the unusual request that I did not want it to look like a hedge which obviously made it a more difficult job but one they did expertly and with fantastic results. I can't recommend these young men enough. They know their stuff, they do the job properly and safely and they work hard. They are a great team and worked so well together it was a pleasure to watch. And they clean up everything right down to the last leaves.

Jake and his team did an incredible job on pruning and thinning our many big gum trees. They listened really carefully to what I wanted and were absolutely fastidious with their work. I am super impressed.
