I had a nine metre fiberglass pool which weighed 500 kilos, i called another crane company and they went out to pick up the pool when they arrived they took pictures of the site and they called me and said we are washing our hand on this job it cannot be done and it is too dangerous to try" I called Casey from Assist Hire and he went up to have a look and he called me and said to my surprise " no problem i can do it

We had Lee and Tuan this morning helping us lifting solar panel pallets on a 40T crane. They were very professional, very friendly. They helped us to buckle the pallets, bring the pallets out of the delivery truck to speed up the tasks. Definitely will use their service again.In the back office Casey did a fantastic job in finding us the best solution.Thank you very much for all your efforts team, definitely coming back for future jobs. Excellent communication and really professional. Assist Hire was so thorough - They went to the buyers and my house to check all the logistics before quoting me a reasonable price and the job was done a few days later. Such friendly guys too! I even got a couple of pictures texted to me during the pickup from the sellers. Thanks so much if you read this Tim for your reassurance and excellent service. I don't know how many people I know who will ever need a crane, but I'd recommend you guys in a flash!

We had a large spa removed from the back of our house. Assist Hire were great in the way of communication, reasonably priced and did their job very professionally.
