Worst service imaginable. I asked for a stainless steel saucepan, staff member advised only 1 available for $119 so I purchased suggested item. After visiting store was in line in woolies and checked their website, turned out they had another item for $59, same brand and stainless steel. I went back to store to exchange, less than an hour later, they would not refund difference. When I complained they showed me a 3 pack that included the size I wanted for $119. Why was this not suggested to begin with?????

Never open or advertise that they are not open. I went to the shopping center information desk and they stated that they should be open. Have'nt been open for weeks now. Takes nothing to put a sign on the door saying sorry closed until further notice""

Worst service ever! There was an attendant, her name Simone. It seemed like I was disturbing her when I asked if they had a particular product in stock. Didn’t look like she wanted to be there at all.

Rude staff and no apologies for false advertising. This store seems to have different prices set up in their system; items usually don’t scan up to match the product tags or promo stickers. Sometimes there are great staff who would get the right prices or check with their manager, but today, this rude lady straight up told me a different price than advertised, did not bother to check, did not apologise for the false advertising. Did not care about no money in the til, I guess it’s not her store.
