The staff here are so kind and lovely. I felt very comfortable around them, they were all very welcoming. I came in for a facial and came out feeling super fresh and relaxed. I have super sensitive skin and they made sure to really take care of that for me. Recommended some great products too that really improved my skin routine at home. Really great value for the price, definitely worth it!

I love In Therapy. I have been coming here for over 20 years. It is a haven if you are feeling in need of pampering, destressing and just a bit of me time. What sets In Therapy apart are the staff. What a gorgeous group of women- inside and out.They are highly skilled, love a chat, donate their time and skills to a bunch of great charities, are environmentally conscious and will advise you on skin care but won’t harass you about product buying. I love them! Plus you will get THE best pedicure you have ever had. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough.❤️❤️❤️

My eyebrows are a stunner! If you want quality work, quality products and beautiful people - In Therapy is the place to go! I had my eyebrows done and a full face wax by lovely Annie. Highly recommended!

Nicola, Tamsin and the team are amazing. They are welcoming and kind and expertly apply high quality, Australian-made skincare products which are non-reactive to many skin types. As an added bonus they recycle all of the packaging and containers in-store to reduce the environmental footprint of the products. In some nail and beauty clinics I am concerned about the welfare of the staff but it feels like the InTherapy team are treated like family and this translates into a more comfortable experience for customers. I highly recommend their facial services, particularly to people who are self-conscious about their skin.

Shelly is one of the best out there - I specifically ask for her and arrange bookings so I can schedule them in when she's available. Her waxing leaves no cuts (which happens with other people) and it's the most painfree experience I've had. She's also super cool and chill and also cares about the safety of her clients. If you guys want any waxing done - that is painfree and causes no issues afterwards, please go with her!

Great service - but they push product way too hard. I felt like I was listening to product advertisement vs enjoying a facial and asking IF you’d like advice on any products used to support any goals.

2 stars - Maybe I got this salon on an off day.It’s a lovely space, friendly staff, great sounding treatments. I was greeted several times, offered a glass of water.I had a gift voucher kindly given to me by family and opted for the stress therapy (facial, massage) and a manicure, which I upgraded to shellac. It’s clear all the ladies here care about their work, but they got the little details so wrong.From cutting my skin during cuticule trimming, leaving areas of the top coat of my shellac unpainted and my real grievance, scheduling a super loud spray tan in an adjoining bathroom to my treatment room during my “stress therapy”. The whir of the tan vacuum during the treatment was really distracting.I wanted to love this place, but they missed the mark... maybe it was an off day.

Amazing service!! I had the Time-Out therapy with Anni and it was beautiful! The mix of massages and treatments, the space and the amount of time was perfect. I felt really relaxed after. I would recommend 100%!
