Amazing and very helpful staff.I was looking for a product and information because I had a sick fish.A lovely staff member helped me.She knew a lot about the 2 breeds of fish I have and she was able to talk me through how to help treat my fish and helped me understand a bit more about my fish that I didn’t understand before.I didn’t catch her name but because of her I will continue to shop at PETstock Geelong.Being new to owning a fish it’s wonderful to be able to talk to someone who also owns fish and can share their knowledge.

I was desperate for an incubator for my newborn chick and instead of being helpful the store clerk man lied straight to my face making me waste time as my dying baby bird suffered without warmth.Thankfully the rest of the staff seem honest and kind enough to help once I returned in need of a temperature gauge.Stick to the nice ladies and you will actively get helpful advice instead of a liar.

Great store with great facilities, we needed to come in with our little muddy fur baby that had a great time in the mud and their self serve dog wash was incredibly convenient and affordable, they even provide towels for the ones that don't like the blower! How's that for service! Even after a week later she still smells good from their shampoo! Really great store here.

Had cat food on order called to in collect searched and found a better lower price. Pet Stock did not honour the lower price match due to their exiting policy because the other supplier was temporarily out of stock. So much for price matching at Pet Stock.
