Amazing staff! I have a very polite and supportive trainer and its always a good environment. I highly recommend this organisation.

they do not refund if you if you cancel the course even before it starts, despite of them saying yes you will get a refund, absolute liars, and its been 3 months and they still have not refunded despite us filling out all the papers to get the refund, let me be clear that their organisation at sign up re-assured us that we can get a refund if we cancel, but now even after 3 god damn months of filling out the papers we still have not received a refund. they keep passing you on person to person in hopes to make you tired and stop chasing your money, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. there is way better colleges in the area. just google search and you will see. one is called pacific college and don't think this is an ad its not, that place looks old but at least they treat you like humans and they don't try to rip you off and steal your money, i just hate this organisation so much. i have never in my life dealt with a business as bad as this, never ever, its like you are dealing with someone on the street, not an organization.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very helpful and informative staff members who went out of their way to assist me. They listened to what I needed and then advised me of the best courses that can help me achieve my goals. Would recommend this college to everyone

wow once i heard about the experiences 2 of my friends had, i would avoid this place even if it offered free courses, i cannot believe they are still open, when we called fair trading to report them, they said that there has been multiple submissions for this college. everyone seems to have trouble getting their money back. so i highly recommend to stay away from this school.

I have had a wonderful experience with this college over the past twelve months. I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to help me if I needed it. Communication was one of their strong key areas as I have always had my communication replied to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this college.

this school steals money, they do not refund you like the others have said in the reviews, by law they are required to refund you if you cancel the course, and its even in the contract, but they do not, they try to avoid you at all costs, when you call or when you go in person, the useless helpdesk staff will say the person you are looking for is not here at the moment, everyday same answer, when asked when they will be there to see them, you get a we dont know response.

Great place to learn. Good trainer and very helpful with great knowledge. Cosy room and handy place. Also, they have handy staffs & friendly. One place to learn many skills.
