New Image Kitchens this week installed a new kitchen bench top for us. From the first contact we had with staff we found them very professional easy to talk to and have them explain all details of what we could expect. The job was done by a first class tradesman named Steve with young Angus the plumber also doing a great job .We would certainly recommend themKen & Gwen CloutNowra

Worst customer service, significant delays in providing contracts, and then want to charge a rate hike due to their delays! Will not recommend and will not use ever again!

We never got close to fitting a kitchen as we could not negotiate New Image Kitchens so called Stage Payments". They are misusing this phrase in order to achieve a 95% deposit (Money up front before your new kitchen is delivered) when the Government clearly states that they can only claim a deposit of 10% legally. Be cautious as often the insurance you need for larger projects will not bail you out (despite what New Image may say) if you have paid so much up front yet had no work done. I'm afraid the public just think that this is a good deal and are at high risk of losing out should anything go wrong. 1 star awarded because I cant select zero."

We had a kitchen designed and installed by new image kitchens recently. From the start customer service was fantastic, very helpful with the design asked on floor plans. Material selection was unbelievable the selections were huge. Production was quick about 4 weeks. Installation was great and the installers attention to detail during the process was fantastic. Follow up service by new image kitchens once installed was fantastic also. From start to finish 10/10 wouldn’t hesitate to do our next kitchen with new image. Keep up the great work.

This is not the first time we have utilised New Image Kitchens. Rob Collyer also designed our Ray White Kiama office foyer and cabinetry as well as our second kitchen and cabinetry in our home. The whole team went above and beyond with their levels of service. Extremely pleased with the finished product as well as the quotation process, installation, communication, accounting, and customer follow-up. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for above-and beyond levels of service, a quality product, and a very fair price point! Congratulations to all at New Image Kitchens!

Have just completed a renovation to a home we purchased and had new 2 kitchens, laundry, walk in robe and bathroom cabinets installed.Service was great and they even accommodated some very last minute changes to our design which was very appreciated.

New Image Kitchens recently installed a new kitchen, butlers pantry, laundry, vanities, built in wardrobes and TV cabinets in my new home. The service from start to finish was exceptional! The new showroom is AMAZING and my designer was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble when getting my design right, especially for such a large project. The installations & service team were also great to deal with. I highly recommend New Image Kitchens, the end product is perfect & a dream come true!

Had a kitchen installed over 3 weeks ago. The after service is not very good and had to constantly chase up with phone calls to them. I love the the kitchen but most of the kitchen cabinet doors had scratches on them and the fridge panel damaged by a finishing tool. The bulkhead and a section of the bench was cut short that was rectified a week later. The fitter inspected the scratched doors at the same time and reported. Wrong size range hood supplied. More days go past no contact by them Range hood exchanged after 2 weeks again after a chase up phone call. Sent out rep to check doors, did this after 3 weeks. Left it for a couple of days then chased up again to see what was being done. It seems that once they have your money that they really don't want to fix the problems in a hurry.

The staff at New Image Kitchens are so friendly and helpful and they are lovely people to deal with. The new kitchen bench is perfect and my kitchen looks amazing. Highly recommended.
