Great services, brilliant staff...

I have found my engagement with Liberty to be positive and the staff knowledgeable in their fields. I love to see the client focus attitude Kathie , Elle and Manda have.

From the get-go, I could see Liberty Disability Services were serious in making a difference for the better in children's lives with a disability. Ebony does an amazing job getting to know you and your family needs/child's needs, and does so in a really nice manner, which respects your family. Our support coordinator Andy is equally fantastic, and goes above and beyond getting the best service for my child with autism, in the same very professional manner, allowing me to spend more time with my child while he does all the running around in the background. Very friendly, professional and trustworthy all while respecting the dignity of the child, which some other services out there just don't do these days. Glad to have had this company come onto my radar

Terrible company. I've been calling for days now trying to get through to plan management. The gentleman that's answered leaves a message to the team. I've called them 10 times a day but still no call back. My client will be changing their plan manager as soon as possible.
