Yes movers helped move my house from Brighton to Caulfield to be honest they moved everything without any item scratched. They took a bit of time to stack the truck but overall I am happy with the quality of the work implemented.Thanks Sam and Jag.

Very poor experience.They tried to move a fridge up a flight of stairs. They were initially told the fridge weighed 150kg.Job Failed. The communication between workers and the lady on the phone was poor.The customer service of the lady on the phone was appalling.The workers told us, that they can do the job with 4 workers. The lady on the phone was on loudspeaker when she flat out lied and said the workers said the job can't be done.Then cherry on top, promised from worker they will call back at 530pm, to organise 4 workers to revisit same job after hours. Will reply with yes or no. Waited for an hour past 530pm. Organized children to be looked after in preparation for yes.1 sms, 3 phone calls, and an hour wait later, worker just ignored phone calls.It took a phone call from our builder who originally organised the job to call and chase up what was going on, then after all that time she said they can't do it.WASTE OF TIME, AND NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS TIME.Unreliable, dishonest, poor customer service.Poor, poor, poor.The job was completed today by a more professional team, who listened to the customers concerns. So it wasn't that the job couldn't be done, it was just a lack of effort from the company as a whole.DISAPPOINTING.Response to the owner:Please note, you are responding to the female counterpart. The builder informed it was a 150kg fridge and asked for more people. Which receiver neglected to acknowledge sending only 2 staff. The conversation had over the phone on loudspeaker was heard by 8 ears including your workers who informed you they needed 4 people. Not going to blame my builder for calling you out for lieing whilst it was exactly what you did over the phone. Even your staff had to correct your lie. They gave me their phone number to organize 4 staff after 530pm which is proof they believed 4 people could do this job.The builders response at 8pm is a downright frustration to 2 sessions of time wasting. 1st. As you neglected to listen to the the customers who at the time was the builder, who has experience. 2nd the 530pm response that never happened.This event is not a lie and the fact that you claim it to be, just shows how much integrity, responsibility and honestly you have as a business person. Please take feedback and review to improve processes From your response, amongst the things you already lack, as stated above, lack of accountability should be another thing to improve on.

We had Brushoo (sounded like) and Ahneat (sounded like). Both were very courteous, worked tirelessly and efficiently. Most impressed with their politeness and the way they took care of our possessions. Top job!

Booking was easy via email/call and reasonable prices for my moving. Weekend and weekday charges are same rates which is good for me.Smooth loading and unloading. The total moving time included on the road is 2 hrs 15min, 4.5 tons truck, 2 movers & we did helped along the move to reduce the time we spent.*only one incident happened during the moving day, they didn't have the mattress cover as I requested before. So the movers decided to wrap up my king size mattress with cling wrap. And this was free for me, however the process take a little bit longer time to wrap the mattress.Overall is good. Will consider to move again with them.

I am a single parent and was too much worried about selecting a mover, Yes Movers smashed it with no stress and handle everything carefully. Many thanks to Yes Movers team. Billy and jag transported from Buleen to Cranbourne with our 4 bedroom house. They are absolutely amazing… no words.

I had the pleasure of having Vikram & Prashu. They were amazing, I can't recommend them enough. They turned up on time looked smart and were very friendly. They moved our 3 bedroom house within two hours without a problem.Very professional and high quality service, not one item damaged and everything moved into there final locations. 10/10 can't speak highly enough. Thank you again, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Right from the booking till delivering quality service, while removal process was smooth and highly efficient.Crew arrived on time and took utmost care of packing & transportation of our whole household items. Honestly can’t recommend these guys enough. They were brilliant from start to end for my move from Melbourne to Sydney.
