Kristy Tia did a great job in selling my property in Sanctuary Lakes. Kristy grew up in Malaysia where she developed a broad understanding of working with people and sharing ideas.It was a pleasure to work with Kristy Tia, developing various strategies in response to the reactions from potential buyers. At all times, Kristy kept me informed of feedback from inspections, some of which was valid and other comments seemed to be excuses.We had a successful outcome due to Kristy Tia's ongoing communication with the purchaser to ensure everyone's objectives were met.

My experiences have been very disappointing with this company, particularly the attitude coming from a senior member of the sales team after I signed an exclusive 180-day contract to sell my house. Initially, the sale was to be off the market as I had some commitments for two weeks. However after signing at the end of June a couple of inspections in early July until near the of September, not even a phone call untill I contacted to cancel the agreement as my goals were obviously not met , they appeared too busy. My experiences since then have been interesting as I have declined to sign a contract which stops me from reflecting on my experiences and as a consequence, they were reluctant to acknowledge the cancelled exclusive contract. My property is now in a void contract that has received minimal to zero services. From my recent experience, I would not consider recommending or using these agents again for either selling or buying as customer service appears to be secondary.
