One of the greatest customer service Experience in my local area. the previous barista they had working here was absolutely pathetic, I think they got rid of him or he left because he hated his job and he treated people very poorly. The new barista they have can do all these crazy designs and the coffee is very delicious.The food on the menu is very goodSteak sandwich is my favourite

I have frequented this café many times over the passed couple of years and have always found the staff extremely polite and helpful. The waitresses always have a smile on their face & nothing is too much trouble. The owners Claude & Maria are a delight and the whole experience always leaves me with a smile on my face. The coffee and food is always consistently excellent. 10/10. Well done team!!

A gorgeous local cafe in Lugarno. Their menu is varied and reasonably priced. We really enjoy their breakfasts and they know how to make a really good cappuccino. The staff are lovely and personable providing quick, efficient and friendly customer service. This cafe has outdoor heaters so on sunny winter days you can bask in the warmth whilst enjoying their delicious goods. One of our favourite local eateries.

Wow, couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that post, I think the only bitterness is from the author.Just like all the other repeat customers of Sienna, Claude and Maria are the two nicest, most pleasant people you could ever meet.The food is fantastic, the coffee is the best I have ever had, and the staff, including Claude and Maria are the most pleasant people you could meet.

Such a beautiful little coffee shop. Our breakfast and coffee were perfect and so well priced and their customer service second to none. Thank you so much guys, an absolute pleasure. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing smiles greet you at sienna. Great local Cafe with consitent delicious food and drink options. Keeping small business alive should be everybody's business. It's not hard to support such a wonderful cafe in Lugarno. Today's special was lamb and chicken souvlaki- the cooks might aswell be greek- authentic!!!!!

I'm new to the area and it seems this is THE gathering place whenbthe sun is out for Mums and their babies, older guys looking to tell tall stories and friends doing coffee with friends. Love it
