Best sports massage I have ever had. Kara is very passionate about her work and it shows. I train a lot and don't take the time to rest or stretch so this was also a wake up call to manage that part of my training too. Thank you so much Kara!

Kala is excellent and I highly recommend her for a massage. I go to see her once a week so she can work her wonders and I always leave feeling great. She was a massive help after I was diagnosed with bulging discs and advanced degeneration of the lower lumbar spine at the end of 2021.
