I haven’t been real happy shopping here since new ownership. Always out of Rufus and Coco litter larger bags and staff recommended a terrible product that’s same price but just a waste of money. After a week the litter looks like dusty wood chips.

I have been coming to this store since Sep 2022 and Renee has provided exceptional customer service, great knowledge of the products, friendly, welcoming and professional! If anyone in the area is visiting this pet warehouse and you are in doubt for what’s the best product for your pets, Renee’s your go to in store person! She had made my shopping so easy and most importantly, she made the shopping experience pleasant! What a star employee!
