Allan and his crew are awesome. Made my Gordon boy look sharp as a tack! Managed to squeeze me in like legends after I'd messed up my appointment time! Gordon has come back fresh and calm (he's usually a bit off me after the groomers). I won't be going anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Did a great job, but very arrogant when I went to pick my dog during the time frame given by them. 1-2 hours. I waited exactly 2hours and walked in You were serving a lady so I waited for you to be free so that I can ask you how long more?.Your groomer opens the door and said very abruptly 20 minutes. So I went outside and waited 20 minutes when you called me as Ollo was ready. When I returned you looked very annoyed and started saying Mate in future don't come in before the text" to which I said "why not?I just wanted to know how long more I have to waitand its hot outside I said you have no written rules for us to follow. You then followed up rudely and arrogantly with your comment"You always do this and in future don't come in before the text." I said"that's a lie" as I understood the reason"

I’ve been taking my dog to Pepper & Murphy’s since she was a pup. They came recommended from a friend. My dog Truffles loves going there, and it is evident she is always well looked after and comes out with a great groom. Highly recommend!

Best dog grooming salon I’ve found in Sydney. I was first recommended by another Yorkie mom we met at a dog park. she said her dog is very fussy and this place is the only one can satisfy her and calm her dog down. Since that I’ve been disappointed by our current pet groomers as they increase the price 3 times in a span of 1 year, from $40 to $65 just for Wash and blow dry for a tiny Yorkie (and we have 2!!!) so we thought it’s about time to look for a new place. Luckily this place is not too far from our home. When we came, absolutely love the first impression. We don’t feel rush, they listen and make notes on what we want them to do’s and Dont’s to our babies. Bring a photo if u want a specific cut. Our dogs came out absolutely stunning. They got braid on their long hair with cute ribbon. And what makes a difference is how our dogs act very calm and relax when they finished, unlike other place where they looks like they want to run away from the shop as soon as we came to pick them up. I can tell that they’ve been treated with lots of love n care, not just a quick quick chop chop job to make money. Straight away the next day i make another appointment which is 6 weeks for the earliest available appointment. That’s why I suggest you guys check the availability online and book in early so u don’t miss out. Thanks Alan & Kim to look after our babies.. and I love how Pepper is just so cool and laid back.

Did a great job grooming my small dog. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Will be booking again!

I am so happy to have found this place. My dog (Rosie) loves coming here. She gets super excited meeting all the other dogs. My dog always come out looking beautiful and smelling nice! The staff are always happy and professional. I love their store too. Love buying their outfits. Easy to book online and change/cancel your appointments if needed. Highly recommend this place.

I have been Googling like crazy recently trying to find a site that sells Ziwi Peak Venison and thankfully i came across this great website. I asked for a small favour with my order and they we're more than happy happy to listen and do it. thanks for the free dog food sample. my young+two seniors ate it up. I'll definitely be buying from here again.

Great joint here for your pet grooming . Very friendly owners and they always do a great job on my Jack Russel . Be warned they are busy so book in advance
