Where is my order?? Is this site a scam???? Have tried contacting and calling multiple times about my order and still no response.Update: received the 'order' a month later and it contained a completely different item. I have since attempted to get in touch with them and they have not responded to me. I have tried calling and emailing and still nothing. They never actually sent me the item I paid for. I will be pursuing this further as this company is a SCAM.Update: they finally got in contact with me WEEKS later, and demanded I send the item that I received (the wrong, cheaper product), and only then will I receive a refund. The person who rang me was EXTREMELY rude on the phone, acting as though I had done something wrong in this situation, because I was apparently unhappy with the item". Obviously I'm unhappy

Stay the hell away from these rip off merchants. Ordered multiple items only to have half of it arrive. When you try and contact them you will be completely ignored. Worst business I've ever tried to deal with.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.Absolute rip off of a company. Returned my item 4 MONTHS AGO and they went from supposedly “refunding my payment” to ghosting me and not refunding me the almost $600 payment. Do not buy from this company.

Same!! I've placed an order a week ago and still haven't heard from them about shipping.

Communication poor - chat feature on the website works but don't expect the item within 48 hours as directed on their website. Phone also disconnected. After much back and forth, they did cancel my item with full refund after no confirmation on when my item would ship. I've ordered from them before with absolutely no issues so I'm not sure what's going on with them now. Disappointed I didn't receive my item but happy they came through with the refund.
