Courtney was beyond fantastic - highly recommend to anyone! Not only did she make everyone feel at ease and keep things running on schedule for our wedding, she also helped all of our struggling groomsmen with their boutonnières!She was so efficient and makes you feel so comfortable. As someone who struggles to relax in front of a camera or pose correctly, it was so comforting to have her give such easy and clear instructions and tips to get the perfect shots. She really has a genuine care factor in her work - constantly monitoring crowds and weather, she knows where, how and when to get the most beautiful photos.We couldn’t be happier with our wedding photos.

My husband and I got married in Byron Bay in October 2019. Courtney was amazing and extremely supportive throughout the day, I’m naturally camera shy and hate having my photo taken, I felt so comfortable the entire time she was shooting. I knew for years, even before I got engaged that I would want Black Palm Collective to photograph my special day. They far exceeded our expectations with the service provided not only on the day but with the end result of our Wedding photos. We felt so comfortable with Courtney and she was able to make us look completely photogenic (even though we are both camera shy). Without having to say too much - she already knew what vibe we were going for and was able to capture so many organic moments that we will cherish forever. There were no issues with juggling not only my 3 young children but our huge family for photographs under time constraints.
