A huge thank you to the team down at Monster Car Audio Tuggerah.We went in to purchase a basic new head unit for our truck and received fantastic advice and recommendations from the knowledgeable staff based on our requirements and not the price tag - very refreshing.They also offered recommendations on where to source other components even though there was no benefit to them.Finally, when we struck technical difficulties with the install, they offered to stay back after hours so we could bring the truck in.Once there, they diagnosed the issue very quickly and had the system working beautifully.I honestly can't speak highly enough of the service we received.Thanks once again!

Staff were so experienced, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable of the items in stock, help me with every detail of my purchase and what would be suitable for what I wanted and what would be best to replace my old outdated car stereo system.Dropped it of early in the morning, and picked it up in the afternoon.Was so very happy, when the sales person, should me how the new touch screen stereo worked, so glad I went to this store.They have such a great variety of stereo systems, and lots of other items for your car.Check them out, am sure you will be happy as I am.

My partner had his manda 3 in for a sub install. Monster car audio were communicative, friendly and flexible for me to deliver the car after work. Not only that, they had issues with the install being such a modern cat I guess and continued working on it until 730pm when we picked it up. Must be hard to go that far overtime but definitely satisfied customers here. Sounds amazing too.

would highly recommend,, the guy who helped me was awesome and easy to communicate with just a honest good person. was having problems hearing the sound in my car speakers,, my car was at the shop all day so I was expecting it to cost a bomb but it was actually really cheap and now the problem is fixed. will definitely be going here again if needed in the future.

Very impressed with the knowledge and tenacity of Mick and his team.There were no interface modules available for my car to allow connection of a new up to date audio system. The Aerpro site specifically noted that my car model variant was not supported. Mick’s extensive research with the car successfully solved the interface issues and we could not be more impressed with the installation and Monster Car Audio.Thanks Mick and Team.
