Worst click and collect shop in western suburbs. Have had 4 issues with their system and items missing or not the correct item packed. Other items still sitting in the shop when I have had to come back and question my order. Today was the last straw, made an order online. Coles debited me $57. Went to the shop and was told no order is there. Was told that I" had to call another area of Coles to rectify. I told them no

came here to buy gift card that was on offer/promotion. staff said they had run out of stock. got a friend to go in an hour later and he was able to get the staff to take more stock out from behind the shelves.

Although it's only a smaller standalone, suburban Coles, it's quite surprising how big the range is they've managed to fit in. It's super clean and tidy almost every time I'm in there, and the staff are very approachable and welcoming. If you shop around peak times on weekends etc it is extremely busy.

Good place to swing by on ur way home to grab a few items. It's a small grocery store but has most of the things u need.Carpark has shade sails. Wheelchair accessible
