PnL Remedial Massage
Phong is a very knowledgeable massuer. He is very thorough and take time to understand my condition. Lots of assessment before and after session just take sure I do make a progress. Phong always give me some self care advice and stretches then follow up within the next few days. So much value in his session. Seeing him once a fortnight for my shoulder, neck and back pain definitely make a huge difference. I move better and feel better because I have a greatest massuer in town.

I have been having shoulder and back pain almost all the time. On bad day, can not ever turn my neck. Came to Phong for 3 months ago and things changed significantly from then. He is knowledgeable and definitely know what he is doing. Lots of trigger point, deep tissue techniques and rolling cupping around my shoulder blade, upper back. They definitely make a huge different, alway feel great after his session. He is so consistent of keeping in touch and checking weekly how I go. You wont be dissapointed to have Phong as your remedial massage therapist
