Not going to lie but its a pretty good school but it has its down mainly that year 9’s vape in our bathrooms. Most teachers are caring and follow the core values. I would really recommend this school to anyone in the area.

We heard such good things about the school and were so excited for our daughter to attend STAC. We were advised by friends that the school has a great sports program and our daughter was excited to participate in your soccer program.Due to the poor communication from STAC primarily enrolments admin staff we have decided to withdraw our application. Our communications with STAC has been nothing short of disgraceful. You ma'am are the parents first contact and therefore the unknown face of the school. Your professionalism or there lack of reflects on the school. It is now mid November and it has taken endless communication from my wife and I to finally organise an interview. You know what, if this is the way STAC treat future students, I can only imagine how the school communicates with students and parents once they have your money,I'm glad that this has come to light now rather then us handing over $6000 and finding out down the track that your communication is poor.I tend to agree with many comments on this review site about the school and the way they treat people in general.Poor showing STAC, any future families thinking of sending loved ones here, do your own due diligence.

Yes, I have went to this school, pretty good teachers, but when it comes to bullying. I have to say, from the YEAR experience based of on (2020) I have noticed that this school DOES NOT momitor the bullying, and i have been bullied at this school 3 years ago. So, i hope that StAC can fix this problem.

Teachers are lovely for the most part. As a member of the dance team, the performing arts section of the school are really welcoming. Enrolment is a drag, I got in quite easily as there was an open spot but I know people usually have problems with it. Bullying is quite a normal thing and nothing is really done about it. Great sporting opportunities, and good support from councillors as well as learning support. For the most part it’s a good school

My daughter versed this schools Year 10 girls A team SECA basketball team. She came home crying about the disgraceful sportsmen-ship that was displayed. Every time one of our schools girls had the ball, they would stand there and slap and slap at the ball until one retaliated. After this repeated continuously, my daughter stepped in and asked them to stop. One girl from this team began walking towards her, staring her up and down, threatening her to be quiet. Another time, my daughter intercepted the ball off of the same girl, and again, this girl began to walk towards her swearing, laughing and muttering things under her breathe whilst continuing to death stare her up and down. The laughter that would come from all players throughout the game when our team missed a shot was just disgraceful. One of our girls, along with a girl from STAC were chasing the ball as it was lose, when one of our girls, by pure accident, knocked the STAC girl into the net in attempt to get the ball. When our girl began to apologise, for an accident mind you, the girl proceeded to storm towards her, spilling swear words out of her mouth saying she “better be sorry”. Then, when the game was over, the STAC girl holding the ball, slammed it down at one of our girls feet and stormed off the court. Just disappointed with such distasteful sportsmen-ship and language that was used throughout what is supposed to be a fun, out of school activity.

As a student currently attending St. Augustine's College (STAC), I feel compelled to share my honest perspective on this institution. Unfortunately, my experience at STAC has left me profoundly dissatisfied on multiple fronts. From the lackluster staff and prevalent bullying among students to the outdated schooling system and stifling uniform policies, it's difficult to find reasons to recommend this school.Let's start with the staff. To put it frankly, their commitment and competence leave much to be desired. They often appear disinterested and fail to provide the support and guidance necessary for a positive learning environment. It's disheartening when the people who should be inspiring and encouraging us fall short in their responsibilities. Moreover, the behavior of some students at STAC is nothing short of disheartening. Bullying seems to be a pervasive issue, creating a toxic atmosphere that dampens the overall school experience. Instead of fostering a sense of camaraderie and respect, STAC has become a breeding ground for negativity and hostility. It's challenging to focus on academics when one feels constantly undermined or threatened. The schooling system at STAC also falls behind the times. The teaching methods employed often lack engagement and fail to promote critical thinking skills. It feels like we're stuck in an era that fails to acknowledge the rapidly changing world around us. The curriculum seems stagnant, lacking relevance and failing to inspire intellectual curiosity. As students, we crave an educational experience that challenges us and prepares us for the future.Furthermore, the strict enforcement of uniform policies at STAC stifles our ability to express ourselves. The emphasis on conformity leaves little room for individuality or personal style. It's frustrating to feel restricted in our self-expression, especially during our formative years when we're discovering who we are and how we want to present ourselves to the world. We should be encouraged to embrace our uniqueness, not forced into a mold.In conclusion, St. Augustine's College (STAC) has left me feeling deeply disappointed. The lackluster staff, prevalent bullying, outdated schooling system, and restrictive uniform policies all contribute to an environment that hampers personal growth and fails to prioritize student well-being and individuality. As a student, I urge prospective students and their families to carefully consider their options before choosing STAC. There are undoubtedly other institutions that provide a more supportive, forward-thinking, and inclusive educational experience.

Pretty rubbish enrolment process. Put my child’s name down for prep nearly 2 years ago and paid the fee. 8 months out we receive a letter stating that we do not meet the criteria and we’d be further waitlisted. Why take peoples hard earned money when there is a slim chance of securing a spot? Further, it is now pointless putting us on a waitlist as we need to find an alternate school. For us Westside have been much better to deal with and transparent!
