Fantastic experience for a First Home Buyer like me !!!The entire crew has lot of experience and most importantly ‘Patience’ to discuss everything which contributes towards a dream First Home.I really want to thank Sumit at Elante Homes for his excellent customer service, guidance and construction design and so many things a FHB expects, right from the beginning.Also, thanks to Vineet who is helping me with this interior selection for my home.Elante homes crew have the best skills, I have seen so far as a First Home Buyer.I will definitely recommend to all.

Leila Fadaei, the color consultant at Elante Homes was excellent when we did our color , plumbing and appliances selection. Leila went through everything in detail and gave us useful suggestions. Also she was able to do last minutes changes which suited our needs. I will highly recommend her as she is good at what she is doing.

This review is exclusively for Leila Fadaei, the colour consultant at Elante Homes. I am extremely unhappy about the way she was impatient today and rushed through the meeting. She was late to the meeting and then the 2.5 hours of meeting was completed in 53 mins. She might be highly knowledgeable in her field but extremely poor in people skills , customer service skills and time management. So that knowledge is of no use. I would never ever have another session with her because I am sorry but I was highly intimidated by her.If you are a less experienced home owner she will not explain you any further so please do your home work ( right terms) before you go to see her or please meet some other consultant who will try to understand what you are looking , your likes, confusions and accordingly make recommendation to support you in your journey. Surprisingly, I was not even asked once about the floor’s colour.As a colour consultant it may be your everyday job but we don’t build a home everyday. So it’s a precious journey and we need to visualise it in our mind to 100% sure and cannot just look at colours and tick them.For this, project I have worked with Kitchen culture’s Faiza (5 Stars) , Beaumont tiles (5 Stars) , electrical & lights consultants (5 stars) brick consultants (5 stars) and sales (5 Stars) with excellent customer service except today. I look forward to meeting some other colour consultant again to finish the project.

I am very happy with the quality of the build and pricing. The team has been very responsive throughout the journey.I give a Big thank you and recommendation to my site Manager- DEEPAK.He was the person who made everything happen so easy.Towards the start of the build i had some hurdles in the process.But Since Deepak took over everything was explained to me in great detail from the progress stages to handover. He has gone above and beyond his responsibilities and expectations and proved himself a Shining Star in the Team of Elante Homes.Good look for future projects.

So far we have had a great pre-build experience with Elante homes. Our land took a long while to settle which was not a fault of Elante but developers. Elante have been supportive during the long awaited period.Sumit and the team have been helpful, meticulous with all our questions and requests to date. The team at Elante are happy to answer our questions and concerns. They have provided detailed information, guidance and checking that we are comfortable and confident with stages of our build. We are eagerly looking forward to build finalisation of our home.**Update**I would like to add that the colour selection process has been great with the assistance of Interior Design and Colour consultant Leila. Selecting colours is always a hard task and with the patience of Leila it has been seamless. Thank you!
