Beacon Lighting Moonah
Went into the Moonah store looking for a new downlight. Asked the lady behind counter for advise she was rude and didn’t seem interested in wanting to help was looking away and had to repeat myself multiple times to try and explain that my downlight has a different cord and is not hard wired into my ceiling. Will never be going in there with staff like that.

Extremely rude staff.Spoke to a lady on the phone that was yelling and putting me on hold.Lost my delivery and then hand balled me on to a courier company without even offering to chase it up!!!Management need to look at who answers the phones!!!

Closed 2 minutes before their scheduled closing time. That's unacceptable for a big box retailer. All I needed was a globe.

Went into moonah store yesterday and was served by a asian lady who made me feel like I was interrupting here, I wanted to buy a globe and when she got it she through it onto the counter,when leaving I said to my 11 year old daughter if you get a retail job do the exact opposite to what that lady just did to us,at least my daughter got a life lesson from our shopping trip to Beacon lighting
