Great spot. Can watch the schools canoeing. Great spots for fishing. Walking track. Went to the bogina festival.

A great memorial with lots of flowers, a nice view and a nice walk. It's a nice, tranquil place to take your partner or to relax on a walk. The history of Prime Ministers in Australia is a nice touch as well. You can also bring your Dog if you want to take them for a walk, but expect them to be doing a lot of sniffing around.

Lake Wendouree hosted the rowing and canoeing events in Ballarat when 1956 Olympics were held in Melbourne. This memorial is remembers that with the Olympic rings and plaques showing which countries competed in those events. Definitely visit it if you are visiting the lake.

I like this monument a lot, it pays homage to the Olympic Games that took place here in Ballarat, specifically on the lake. It has been kept in good condition as well.
