Elisabeth did a fantastic job for my end of lease clean. Was very impressed and had no issues getting my bond money back. I am currently using Team Clean Perth for fortnightly cleaning at my new place. Highly recommended.

I obtained many quotes before deciding to go with team clean for my rental vacate clean. Team clean was the most reasonable. There are some things team clean will not do but Elizabeth was upfront about this and I was happy to go forward. My rental wasn't extremely dirty but I did have major concerns about the shower recess which I explained to Elizabeth. I really didn't think she would be able to remove the build up of mould in the shower recess. Elizabeth called me when she was finished to inspect the clean and I was honesty flabbergasted to see what she had managed to do by herself in six hours. The bathroom and shower recess looked brand new. I couldn't fault any of her work. I had a final rental inspection the following afternoon and passed with flying colours. Elizabeth was honest, fast and true to her word about what she could achieve for me.I have seen some of the very few negative comments on this review page and can only conclude that some people are impossible to make happy.I would recommend team clean immediately to anyone. I would never have been able to achieve the level of cleanliness that I got from team clean by myself and I am so very grateful to Elizabeth and her professionalism and hard work on my behalf. Very grateful indeed.

Fantastic cleaning company! I received my full bond back and the cleaning was impeccable, even down to the small details. I had no issues with real estate and it was great value for money. Their team made the vacating process a lot less stressful than my previous move where I tried to do the cleaning myself. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a high standard, especially if you are on a budget.

I had a carpet cleaning and Bond clean job done on 20th June 2017.For the bond clean job I paid $200.00For Steam carpet cleaning I paid $ 65.00There were 2 ladies that came to do the job, they started the work at 8.30 am but around 11 am, when I called to find out hoe the work is going on, Elisabeth the lady that I spoke to and had a deal with told me that she will not clean the windows as it is not in the contract. So i had to pay $35 extra for window clean. Around 2.00 pm they finish the work and my Husband paid them a total of $300.00.When the Real Estate agent came to check the house the next day, they found that the house was not clean and there were more than 100 things not done.The windows were not clean, the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling, the walls.Nothing was done. I advised the real estate agent that we can get the cleaners to get the place cleaned again. bit the real estate agent informed me that they would not allow the cleaning lady back in the house. They have their own cleaning lady and they will get it done themselves and send me the Invoice.I have been trying to get in touch with Elisabeth to ask her to return my money as i need to pay the real estate, but Elisabeth is not picking my phone or replying to my text messages or to my emails.I have send Elisabeth an email telling her that I will go to Small court cases, because I need my money back as she did not do the work as per Real estate standard.Please do not get them to do the work in your house as these people are cheaters and you will have to pay double amount later.Thank youDorothy

Team Clean were very polite, friendly and professional. The scope of cleaning services was clear from the beginning with the only exception of a height criteria which we discovered after the fact. However, we had two properties cleaned, including our current rental and we received a compliment from the agent after returning the keys as to the condition of the property. Full bond has been returned so we would highly recommend Team Clean.

I would never use this company for any form of cleaning again. I believe they deliberately underquote to get the job, then on the day they have nearly doubled the price. This is particularly galling considering their service was beyond poor. Bench tops and stove not clean, dust and dirt in every corner, cobwebs still in the corners of rooms, floors in the shower not mopped and still had soap residue on them. Perhaps most concerning of all was Elizabeth’s attitude when asked to rectify these issues as per their “100% bond back guarantee”. She became very combative and rude over the phone. It’s not a 100% guarantee if you demand additional payment to return to the property to do the job, that’s not how this works. Please be aware that this is an entirely misleading claim as the service provided is constrained to what can only be described as a bizarrely exclusive “check list” that doesn’t cover certain items that any reasonable person (including, importantly, land lords) would expect to be done. Hilariously she refused to clean a bathroom fan of dust because she apparently couldn’t reach it. I’m not Lebron James but I can touch the roof in that bathroom, and I’m pretty sure a vacuum cleaner held at arms length could too.Read all the other reviews before you decide (and ignore all the ones from people who’ve only ever written one review and it’s glowingly positive as I believe she’s written these herself), be aware that the price as quoted may be considerably lower than what you end up paying, and don’t expect any form of customer service if you have issues.Please see below response from owner for example of deflective and deceitful conduct. Apparently multiple people living in the house is some form of issue.

Elisabeth was professional and went above and beyond. Arrived on time. Was knowledgeable on what leasing agents usually expect. Had me inspect the premesis prior to her leaving and still held her bond back garuntee. Did a fantastic job (in my opinion) I had a bit of a picky agent and Elisabeth returned promptly to rectify very minor issues. Elisabeth was kind and made the whole process so easy!
