NRWGC provides first class facilities with highly experienced teachings in freestyle wrestling, Ju-jitsu and MMA. The classes cater to all levels and are a great way to develop mental and physical toughness.

Great location and awesome training atmosphere. Knowledgeable coach who put a lot of thought into the lesson plans and just making the classes entertaining in general. Really friendly people and a very clean environment to be training in. Highly recommend.
