Great customer service and vehicles virtually half the cost of main stream car rental companies. Richard picked us up and dropped us back at the airport and was friendly and helpful in recommendations on things to do whilst we were at the Gold Coast. Our rental car was like new - impeccable inside. Hassle free and definitely recommend!

Service was excellent. The car (which was spotlessly clean and about $350 p/w cheaper than any competitor) was made available for pick up out of office hours, and after we missed the shuttle bus back to the airport, they generously gave us a lift. 10/10 recommendation.

We had a great experience this past week, the Kia Rio was fine and perfect for our needs. The arrangement was smooth and warm friendly service - I was dropped back to my hotel after returning the car. Thank you I would definitely recommend!

Great service from start to finish! Shuttled from the Gold Coast Airport to the depot with a lovely lady (sorry missed your name) she provided us amazing service. Car was in immaculate condition! Dropped off to the Brisbane Depot, and had another amazing lady (missed her name also) that we had a good laugh with! All in all 5 Star experience and will DEFINITELY be hiring again!

Top service. Booked a cheap car that morning and collected a recently cleaned upgrade an hour later. They fitted the kids seats for us and it had a full tank.Terrific service by Dale. Give them a go.

100% highly recommend this local business. Best car rental company we have EVER used! Great selection of cars, prompt responses to emails, very reasonably priced and so helpful with everything. All paperwork completed online so no waiting in queues. We cannot sing their praises enough. Am a great believer in supporting local, rather than the big, faceless corporations and we will only be using this Gold Coast car rental company from now on.

Thank you Linda and team so much. Booking a car was the highlight of our trip because we got to see the whole of Queensland hassle free. The amount we saved on ubers and taxis even just to go get milk for the kids having a amazing car was just so much easier. Surfers rent a car whole process was so easy. Unlike some of the other car hire companies, Surfers Rent A Car has terms and conditions that are easy to understand, are clear, fair and reasonable. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. The car was clean and modern. Highly recommend.
