We have had two roof replacements, Residential and Commercial as well as Asbestos removal. Joel and the team's work is to a high standard, very professional and good value.

They have a call out fee to look at the job and quote which isn't too bad. They however refused to offer any insight as to their billing structure once on site. Refused to provide hourly rate excluding materials or any indication of cost, and refused my request to speak to someone who had knowledge of their charge rate

I had a leaky tile roof that was causing water damage to the building. Air Roofing priced the job competitively for roof, gutters and downpipe replacement (I went out for 3 quotes).They listened to my issues and provided the solutions. Overflowing gutters into patio area, they provided a custom made box gutter and added additional down pipes. Installed anticon roof blanket (definitely include this if you are replacing your roof).I would recommend using this business to others. They left the site in a clean condition and I love the new roof.

Be VERY careful if you choose to use these guys. Make sure when they come out for the initial inspection that they actually GET ON THE ROOF to inspect the problem instead of guessing it from the ground. My own fault I know - but be warned not to fall into the same trap I did. Their guy came out, I pointed out where the leaks were, and from a less than 5 minute inspection which did not involve a ladder, was quoted a WAY over the top amount to fix what turned out to be 3 broken roof tiles.The problem did get fixed but there is not way I will use these guys again.

I had these guys out to quote for, then carry out repairs on my roof. The problem wasn't resolved, so I contacted them to come out again.8 different requests via email and several phone calls over a 3 month period, and I still couldn't get anyone to have a look. Old mate was saying all the right things (yeah, no worries, we want to sort you out, need to get it fixed, we'll come take a look), while having a constant stream of excuses (our guy hurt his back, someone quit, I sent them so let me follow up, busy time of year).This guy finally came out to *look* at the new damage, not fix it mind you. But he did confirm that they would fix it, and set a date for this to happen. Then... crickets.The lack of professionalism is astonishing.I finally gave up and called someone else, and had the work done within a week.

Air Roofing did a fantastic job with my new roof installation. From the safe and easy removal of the old asbestos roof to the coordination of trades to install the roof, deal with aerials and a/c units, the service was attentive, considerate and efficient. I can't praise John Hughes enough who kept me constantly informed and responded quickly to all concerns. Good old-fashioned service.

Excellent work from Air Roofing replacing our roof in Bassendean. This was a leaking 70+ year old tile roof converted to colorbond. The communication was excellent throughout the process, the whole team of roofers were really impressive in their attention to detail and the work looks great. It no longer rains inside the house.

In Perth during a building boom, you have to accept some ups and downs when your job is competing against a lot of other work, skilled labour and building material shortages, and the unpredictable weather of 2021 and 2022. I had the old tin roof replace on my two-story house in two stages, top roof first which required the removal of the evaporative AC and lower roof area six months later with colour bond. Firstly, I’m very happy with the new look and overall workmanship. I will say that there were two different crews and the crew that did the lower roof section impressed me with the quality of their workmanship. The first crew on the upper roof left a lot of the old screws in the new guttering, some gaps in the flashing and didn’t install pops for the down pipes, just bent the gutter out. The second crew rectified these issues, left a spotless job, installed pops and positions and shaped the new downpipes to the drainage with precision. Joel Hocking of Air Roofing did point out the risk of some delays at the beginning, but overall, they worked around my FI/FO work schedule and the weather and got the job done to my satisfaction. Air Roofing was not actually the cheapest quote, but being a well-established company, I trusted it over some of the fly-by-nighters that looked at the job, considering the other quotes I received and their lead times Air Roofing was a good choose. Joel Hocking was always approachable and helpfull during the entire process.
