Vince Serra is an excellent Teacher/Trainer. His classes in Melbourne are sorely missed. His workouts always captured fine technique , fun, and you are working it as well !!. My body always felt refreshed after one of Vince's Sessions. Highly recommended for those interested in Wollongong

Vince is such a patient and supportive trainer. He makes lessons super fun and my son has learnt so much!I have been enjoying the adults classes which are a great workout and introduction to martial arts.Would defiantly recommend First2Strike!

My girls absolutely love going to -Free 2 Strike Martial Arts. They have learned and continue to learn Different styles of Martial Arts and Self defence and love being graded and moving up belts. Vince the Martial Arts Instructor is such a great mentor and I recommend First 2 Strike for anyone wanting to join Martial Arts!

Vince is an AMAZING coach! l started training with him after I was attacked by somebody and I couldn't defend myself. I wanted to avoid being a victim and change my life so that I was never in that position again!.....What can i say Vince, not only did you teach me self defence and self confidence but I also fell in love with this style of training. I feel EMPOWERED and amazing after every training sessions , Thank you!!!!!!
