Very up set my dog had to be put down I asked for paw print as both my kids wanted one each and for her to be cremated. I had to go in to the vet to see if I could pick her up 6 days later when I got home I noticed that there was no paw print in the bag.I called to ask if they just hadn’t put it in the bag but they told me that they couldn’t see one and that the other nurse that was on that day will call me back Wednesday.two days later no call and I’m guessing no paw print.I have two kids that are feeling let down and very disappointed that the one thing they asked for could not be given.Be very clear on what you want before leaving as they seem to forget things easily.Also let them know how much money you have before going in as they will get more money out of you as they have done that to us twice.

Our two beloved Maltese Shitzu boys potentially and accidentally may have eaten mice bait whilst staying on holidays near Goolwa.Turned out they were ok, however, the treatment and advise given to us by Riverport Veterinary was excellent. An excellent Vet practice. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, when you first arrive they are excellent at helping you calming down your pet

All staff at Riverport Vets are extremely warm, friendly, professional and helpful. We've used their services for both our own family pet, and also to help handle a stray. They treat all clients" as they would their own

I have to make a complaint. My dog was suffering from a sore hip - they fixed him up and now he is back to being his normal hyper crazy super houns again.Totally recommend!

Riverport vets were wonderful. They came to my home for my dog during her final hour. They showed so much patience and compassion and made sure she had a peaceful departure. I highly recommend them. They are kind and compassionate, they have always provided excellent care and always manage to fit me in for last minute appointments. They don't charge excessive amounts and unlike alot of vets they don't guilt you into spending huge amounts of money when not necessary.

We took our elderly cat here for a few things. The staff were all amazing, receptionist very helpful and friendly, nurse was amazing handling our girl gently and efficiently, and vet Rhys was helpful, informative and definitely looking after our cats best interest. We are thankful to them all for providing a great service and doing such a good job. Would definitely recommend.

Our amazing little dog came to the end of his life, and we as a family are incredibly grateful to the staff at Riverport Vet for guiding us through the process and helping us deal with it. Thank goodness that amazing, caring people like you guys exist.Highly recommended.
