Omg !! God save people who book transport services with these guys. They are unprofessional to the core and have no responsibility, make false promises, and cheap tongued. I am a victim and had to book other services on the very same day in the last minute. I recommend Airtasker instead. Do not even think of booking them . They won’t show up on time and have no courtesy to inform either.DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE !! NEVER!!!!!

I contacted these folks by call after using findamover.com.auTheir customer service was horrendous!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE.As a 29yr old male, I was being called ma'am" constantly. The service operator thought my city was in Victoria (its near sydney if they even knew where it was)

They stood me up, absolutely shocking service!!! I booked a truck weeks in advance for a 2 bed unit plus garage, the truck was 1.5 hours late and once finally arrived they told me they won’t be able to fit it all in, even though my unit was only lightly furnished. We asked them to do two moves but the driver refused, saying he has another booking later in the day, even though I was assured at time of booking I could have them all day. I asked them to at least move my bedroom furniture but they refused and simply left, telling us a bigger truck was on its way. After calling the company for 30 min they told me there is no other truck available on the day and cancelled my booking!!!
