I bought a Brand new 50mm 1.2 lens that turned out to be a faulty lens. I have had nothing but problems with it and it has taken canon 12 months to try and resolve this. It has been in their service center for the third time since 22nd May and I hadn’t heard a thing from them (each time I sent it in it spent 8 weeks in there)……I emailed them the other day to find out what is going on with my lens, only to get a response that my replacement is on back order. Poor customer service considering the cost of such a lens. They are quick to sell you a top of the range lens espousing its quality and reliability but slow to replace a lens that is faulty. Makes me consider changing all my camera gear to another brand.

I have bought my canon R5 from digit direct with promotion. When I started to redeem my efexpress 512G card on Canon Website, it always not successful. The support team have no connection with promotion teams. What you can do is sending email. Dont trust their advertisement. No cfexpress card, why I need to upgrade to Canon R5? There is no phone number available on promotion team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience for camera repairs under warranty!It only took Canon 48hrs upon receiving the camera to do the repair and courier it back to me (at no cost to me).Thank you Canon team for high level service.

Purchased a Camera, USB input does not work now. $500 to replace it and 2 months to fix it.Horrible repairs department.I can build a house quicker, very disappointed

I just rang Canon in Macquarie Park,they told me because my camera is 7 years old they can not fix it,I AM SHOCKED AND SAD.A large camera company tells me they can not fix it, basically a throw away technology.This world has so much rubbish that they can't fix a small button on the camera, still a good camera. What do I now do with my camera that i have enjoyed using?What a waste.Why can't CANON work on something with all the old camera's?trade in?fix the camera give it to the poor?CANON I HOPE YOU ARE LISTENING?

I bought a Canon Image Runner printer for our real estate agency. Canon have delivered on everything they promised and more! The printer is fantastic, the quality of the prints is exceptional. All our presentations look very professional, and our window displays cards have never looked better. The machine is so easy to use and Canon have been so helpful in assisting our staff to get the best out of it. The salesperson, Alex, gave us everything we needed to make the right decision and he has been back to check on us to make sure we are happy. This has been a good business decision for us. Absolutely shocking service from Canon who are yet to deliver a printer purchased a month ago. The usual passing the buck from department to department. Intensely frustrating experience.

Such a great service. I was able to drop the camera in and within a few days I received a call confirming that the cera had been all repaired and was available to be picked up. So happy with the fast, efficient and great service and communication.
