McDonald’s hygiene standards need to improve. Staff drinking behind the counter while working. The outside of box is dirty sauce and oil plus food burger with extra patties and no bun btw came out with no cutlery.

I've bought a regular caffe latte. There's no any taste this is a coffee. Just full of milk and also it's cold. Worst McDonald's drive through ever.

Bought takeaway there last week. Well staffed but very disorganised, appears to be lack of training. Very, very, long wait. Finally got the food, stone cold but coke was luke warm, no ice. We were travelling and did not want to turn back to complain. It all ended in the bin !!!!

Slowest drive through for only 5 cars to find as usual the Shake machine is broken. This time we were pleasantly surprised the Shake machine was working two chocolate shakes ordered but no chocolate was used just tasteless. Would have returned but it a hi way not easy to return. Will not be purchasing fuel or food here any longer.

The last time we use this outlet. The wait times are beyond reasonable. We waited 35minutes for two coffees and chips at drive through last evening. The manager on duty at 6:30 pm was non functional. There were 10 people waiting for their drive through snacks. The manager was unable to use the tablet to give another customer a refund for coffee she had waited 35 minutes for. There were 10 of us that entered the very dirty restaurant to try and get clarification from the manager for the long wait times. We were assured there were no machinery break downs. Most left the outlet without refunds or food. Avoid this outlet at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting.I came in to get a soy chai latte from this store and after ordering I walked around to see both steam wands caked with dried/crusty milk, with the benches covered by rubbish. Then looking over ALL the jugs were caked with milk as well, to the fact it was crumbling off the rim of the jugs (as pictured). I requested that the jug and steam wand be cleaned before making my drink, there was no word of acknowledgment and I was met with a rude look before they turned away and did so. The fact that I had to request is disgusting.The jug was then scrubbed rigorously in a dirty sink and they had to soak the steam wand twice in boiling water and scrub/pick at it to get the caked milk off.I think that paints a pretty good picture.I understand these venues put through a high amount of orders daily, but a dirty and unhygienic workplace is unacceptable in this industry.

Every time I have been to this Maccas there's an issue. No pickles on the burgers, slow service, long wait for 1 sundae even when they are quiet. And speaking of the sundaes they seem to have no idea how to make one. They continue to use the wrong chocolate topping. It's not the hot fudge chocolate that every other maccas I've ever been to uses. It's a horrible, runny, chocolate syrup which I assume is the syrup for the frappes. And I paid extra for the privilege. I won't be going to this Maccas again. Avoid at all costs

What an absolutely circus waited 20 minutes for ice creams to then be told the machine is not working can you wait another 10 minutes. I then watched 4 staff stand around and 8 failed attempts of runny ice-cream mixture. No apology for the wait. Ice creams for the kids practical throw at me wrapped in serviettes
