DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CARAVAN WITH THIS BUSINESS. YOU ARE NOT COVERED IF DAMAGED. Hail damaged our van when returned for a warranty repair, but their care factor, regarding the damage, was absolute zero. “Claim the repairs through your Insurance” was the response with no compromise or good will for the damage caused even though the van was in their custody. According to the manager their business insurance does not cover storm damage to “customers” caravans nor does he want his premiums costs to increase because of damage claims. Will never do business with this UNPRINCIPLED company again. Leave your van at your own peril.

I have had 3 dealings here and 2 have been pretty poor. The first was when i tried to purchase a new bike, i was promised call backs with pricing and delivery etc on a set day and time as i was looking at another bike but nothing..I called and left 2 messages and still nothing..The 3rd time i spoke to a guy in parts who told me he only just got the memo to price up the bike and accessories which was 3 days later. I originally got the we want to create relationships with locals and keep business local etc"..The second time was when i called back approx 1 month later to order the exhaust i was quoted on ($1470) only to be told the exhaust is now %11 more expensive making it $1630..Unsure on how something jumps that much in a short period of time where everywhere else that sells it has the same price still..Anyway through this they missed out on selling a new bike plus a heap of accessories and future servicing etc..The only reason they get 2 stars is because the girl i spoke with one day in the shop was helpful and had good knowledge so the 2 stars are for her customer service..Im sure most people would like to support local businesses but why should they if the business isn't willing to put the effort in or be competitive in pricing."

Friendly staff. Great range of products in showroom. Easily the best business in Central Western NSW for Jayco caravans, Honda and Yamaha motorcycles, Stacer Boats, Mercury and Yamaha outboards.

Bought a new bike mark and staff were fantastic to deal with.id buy another bike from there (1100kms from home)But parts staff was bit slack I asked for 5 extras add on bout$2k worth and young fella emailed me with only a couple of things that I had told him were no good for me before the quoteotherwise brilliant to deal with

Purchased several pieces of equipment off them. Some of the staff are quite friendly. Seem to be weighed down with systems that have zero benefit or respect for the customers. I would not go back there unless I absolutely had to. But good luck with your systems work Rest play.Not unlike too many Dubbo businesses. Have no concept of customer service. Also I Get inundated with advertising emails from them. Even though I gave them My email address with instructions that there was to be no advertising sent to me.

Not happy with the service at all, had a Trailor Inspection done, they tick all boxes saying all is good, Driving along the wheel bearings collapsed therefore the wheel came off while we were driving, rung them up to complain, their answer was it was only a visual check, so how can they say wheel bearings all good when they didn't even touch the wheels.
