Very slow! you have the manager stocking drinks during a busy time of the morning and one serving aswell as making coffees so you have to wait in line forever just to pay for petrol.i live near otr but im not buying anything from there in the future.the staff seem pissed off all the time,its been a downwards spiral since the manager nichole went on holiday and got sent to another otr

Good little place to stop and have a snack and fuel up. Clean store and very friendly staff. The food was fresh, coffee was hot and tasted great

Have just tried FIVE times to ring Kapunda OTR from 18 k's away at Freeling, FIVE times over 15-20 minutes, to hopefully save me a pointless return drive, only to have their phone RING OUT ...EVERY TIME.They simply do NOT answer their phone or even have a default answer message.Definitely not designed to make me want to ever go back there again, especially when there is another service station in the town.
