Thanks Rob & Jenna. Awesome service. Always available to answer questions to make sure holiday run smoothly. We had The Murray Sunset, well equipped, lots of room. Everything you could want. Rob goes through the boat handling with you and makes sure you are comfortable before you head off. Fantastic holiday., We will do it again & couldn't recommend Rob & Jenna more. thanks guys.

We had a great week on our houseboat. There were a few initial niggles but Rob fixed them immediately without any question. We also had an issue that we caused and Rob could not have been nicer fixing it. His main concern was that we had an enjoyable trip.Rob is a lovely guy and makes sure you will have a great trip. Our boat was very nice indeed.

Thank you Rob & Jenna Hughes, we had a fantastic holiday aboard Murray Sunset, we 6 adults ,well equipped boat, lots of room , very comfortable beds , great location , birdlife , campfires , easy moorings , spa we had it all for 10 days. Hired one of their houseboats in 2010,on arrival the boat was not ready and we waited around for an hour. Once we were on board the operator said he had problems with the silage tank and if we had trouble to empty it at Renmark. We could not shower or use the toilet due to the tank that should have been emptied prior being full. We steamed to Renmark to empty the sullage tank to find when we got there the pump did not pump the sullage out.!! We called the operator who came in his speed boat and tried helping us for an hour and a half. After spending a hot afternoon in the sun trying to drain a smelly tank to no avail, the operator said try the next station. We steamed to the next location again unable to pump out the sullage. Really enjoying no showering and the smell along with a few arguments, I turned sh*tb•x around and heading back to berry. We arrived and was not impressed, the operator had no vessel for exchange , no explanation, not even sorry for the inconvenience. He had the nerve to charge me full price on the fuel which he instructed me to go to , to empty the tank. So I paid over 2k for a very regretful trip. Not happy Jan.

Fantastic short 3-night break away on Tequila Sunrise, beautiful boat offering all we needed. Rob, Jenna and Matt were all excellent throughout booking our holiday, explaining the workings of the boat plus tips on where to stop. Seamless arrival and departure, with nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended, friendly and professional operator (and we've taken many over the years!). Thanks Rob & your team!

We have just had a weeks holiday on Happy Days and it was fantastic, the boat is really well set up, we had a full crew of 12 ( kids + adults) and it was perfect. Thanks Rob ,Jenna and staff, would recommend it !

Rob and Jenna have the best customer service you could ask for. Clear communication via email before our trip and then Rob said any problems while in the water just ring him, and he would come out in his tinny to help.Happy Days is a great boat, 2nd time we have been in it with different people. Amazing scenery upstream, nature at its best. Def recommend taking a tinny or canoes to have the whole experience.July 2022 the river is flowing fast, would recommend experienced drivers as it is easy to come un stuck.Would totally recommend using River Murray Houseboats for an unforgettable experience.Matt looked after us in our return, thank you!!
