We have been servicing our cars at AUDI for several years and are extremely happy with the service and quality of workmanship. They are honest and professional and we highly recommend them.

They don't take returns even if you are a trade customer. I ordered a used item and didn't even use it.

Left hanging by my regular mechanic, I had no choice but to look around for a new mechanic. These guys did a exceptionally job at a good rate. Thank you Punjet.

I have been using Auto Union for a long time since I had an A6 Avant in 2005 and now with my TT. My son's Golf is also serviced by them and they are professional, customer oriented crew. In particular I like to mention Sheng who is very knowledgeable and helpful on my car and his wing man Panjit or vice-versa just nice personable people. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

Update 2021!So sounds like I've been using these guys for my regular service for many years now. They have been consistently excellent - explaining all the work they are doing, calling me to offer me options and checking before they do work. Great to have mechanics who are reliable and reasonably priced.Took S3 in there with an idling issue. They diagnosed and repaired same day. Friends recommended them over the Audi 'stealerships'. Was only a small job but everything was done well and reasonably priced.

The team at Auto Union have provided such a great service and support to myself and my car (otherwise known as a lemon). I was very unlucky and purchased a car with an engine that essentially needed half of it replacing and this coincided with a very tough time in my life personally (which I'm sure I unintentionally made very clear by crying on the phone to them!) Each time my car has gone in to get fixed with the many problems it has, they've been honest and up front and helped me understand the issues and the options etc. They have always been so accommodating and the cleaning of the car upon pick up is such a lovely touch and doesn't go unnoticed!Thanks Auto Union team!

Friendly staff , quality staff , reasonable price , excellent service , free loan car could be arranged . Replaced my rear brake pads&rotors at auto union and they provided courtesy drop off and pick up! Will come back to replace the front brake pads when the time comes

I have had my Audi A6 and VW Golf GTI and Touareg cars serviced by Auto Union since 2005 and have been very satisfied with the value for money they have provided.

Had a great service repair for my Golf here and the staff was very friendly and let you know everything in detail about the problems and carry forward once we give them the confirmation. Good place for VW cars.
