The nicest nail techs and did my nails so nice. Not bubble acrylics with weird lumps. Smooth and gorgeous. So amazing

Terrible experience. Product used failed when I had my nails done (SNS), tried to correct it by going over the top with acrylic gel. When I questioned it at the time I was told that there was something wrong with their new product but it would be fine with the acrylic gel topcoat (although not what I wanted). Still paid full SNS price.Told I could return within 2 weeks if they were not ok. Within 24 hours they started to chip and break - I did nothing out of the ordinary and my nails at other salons last 4 weeks!When I went back in 3 days later I was told that I should have come back straight away (this wasn’t possible) and that they could fix the chips by making the powder dip thinner - super thin already.I requested a refund and was refused. I asked to speak to a manger or owner and they couldn’t find their phone to give me these details.Ended with the staff walking away.

This was probably the worst experience in a nail salon. I came in while it was quiet to ask for a refill. Noting that all three staff who were working were lying down sleeping or on their phone. I asked for a refill and was taken where that man nail technician laughed at my nails and asked where they were done previously (as they were too thick). After that, he proceeded to file down my nails leaving me with cuts all around my cuticles. He continued to aggressively use the electric file to do my nails and was going to hard it was burning my fingernails. After many times telling him it hurt he did it a hand full of time after that. Then after becoming quite irritated about the service I was receiving, he decided that answering his phone was more important than the client in the chair. I left there was my nails done but just not happy with the service which was fine I was just not going to go back. A day later, 3 nails had broken and I went back two days later to ask them if it could be fixed. The staff told me that after a day of the service it was my problem. I think it’s safe to say that this nail salon is usually empty for a reason. Do yourself a favour and not go here because there are plenty of nail technicians in the area who care about quality service and providing quality work.

I got am acrylic full set of nails done here and it was quick and beautiful (see photos). I wanted a natural look and Carly nailed it. I also got my toes painted shellac and couldn't decide on a colour so white was suggested. It looks so perfect and so fresh ❤ can't wait to come back. Shellac and gel are worth it as they last longer and you won't risk knocking them around whilst they are drying.

Painful service by the male nail tech. Literally had all the nail drills on the highest settings & I found myself saying ouch" or yanking my hand away every couple of minutes. Poor knowledge of how the cat eye magnet polish works too

Worst service. Man who was doing my nails, didn’t speak to me at all. He was just tappion my hand or pulling my hand . I have to get my nails done again. Very very bad job . Wasted $60 . I just regret not checking reviews before.

Immaculate work...this time. 1st visit was terrible (young man no skill/customer service), 2nd visit male owner (a bit rough but pleasant enough) 3rd visit young lady ...gave me best nails I've had locally in 2 years. Hit n miss.

Awful experience, originally greeted by a woman then 5 minutes into it a man comes and starts doing my nail. I didn’t feel comfortable at all and was not asked if I was okay. Had they asked at the beginning I wouldn’t have minded. He comes and says how are you I say good thanks and ask how are you back and completely ignored. He wore airpods whilst doing my nails and didn’t speak to me at all. He used the electric rubber thing several times where it was painful and one of my fingers bled. Completely wrong from the picture I provided and my nails were pointy.
