There was some mix up with our online order however Amelia did a fantastic job following up and making sure we received it promptly. The food is delicious, I had never tried the bagels before and I was pleasantly surprised. Coffees are also really good, definitely recommended.

Try to avoid getting your donuts from this krispy Kream shop the customer service is disgusting especially from Jesse the store manager I told him about a incident about some of the choc coved custard and the strawberry jam donuts not having anything in them a copy of the receipt wasn’t given I was happy for a replacement but he got very rude and wasted my time telling me over the phone to come back and he will replace the 6 donuts asking me the for receipt that wasn’t given to me they don’t look after customers that have a problem with there donuts do not go to this shop if you want to be scammed and ripped off And the most disgusting thing I noticed was his hands was very dirty around food no gloves very bad hygiene.

I went this past Sunday around 9pm to get myself a donut when I was greeted by a girl who had 0 customer service skills. Not only that but she then proceeded to mock my voice due to my choice. I did not catch her name but I am extremely disappointed in how disgusting someone who interacts with the general public can be. Management need to have a strong word to her and teach her how to talk to people considering that 95% of her job. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Would strongly avoid this shop.

Their choclate glazed and cinnamon doughnuts are my always favourit.This time I tried their banana shake for the first time, not bad, could be richer in flavour.
