A caring and compassionate dance school where they make learning fun. Such a perfect experience for my daughter and wonderful community for kids to be part of.

I would give 4 for the onsite class, 2 for the online class and 0 for customer service.My daughter enrolled in pre-school class last year. During lockdown it changed to online class, which were not very organised:- Our class was combined and shortened- Multiple times zoom details not sent prior to class- When starting time is delayed class still finish sharply on time- I feel there were not enough demonstration, our teacher sit on the floor a lot, playing music and ask pre-schoolers follow oral instructions or do free-style dance.No replay was provided after I emailed the school my feedback and provided suggestions (e.g. Suggest teacher to log on 5 mins before class, more demonstrations). Instead, my daughter was removed from the class right before the next class with no comms. We only found out when the teleconference software send an auto email advising my daughter is no in the class list, that happened while the 4 year old was all dressed up waiting for the class to start.Although we were dissatisfied about the quality of the class, we don’t want to pull our 4-year-old out of the class mid-term. We had to email ask to be put back to the class and had to pay full fee for the remaining classes (despite of a discount was offered at registration), which we accepted without challenging. The owner did nothing on my feedback and told me all other parents are very happy and supportive of their online classes.In fact, the last few combined online sessions we attended, there were only 3-4 kids including my daughter, and we have heard similar feedback from other parents were onsite class resumed. So I provided the feedback to the school (without mentioning names). Guess what? I received an angry phone call from the owner, saying that because I was gossiping" to other parents

Tiny Dancer is a fantastic dance school that encompasses a community/family spirit and has wonderful teachers that encourage the very best out of their students. Their productions are unlike any other dance school and are a highlight of what makes attending here so special. My girls have been attending since the very beginning and as the school has flourished so have they.

I'd give 10 stars if I could!Such an incredible dance school that my family has been lucky to be a part of for 9 years! All the teachers are passionate about teaching their students and passing on their wonderful skills. My children have made wonderful friendships and memories along the way. The owner is extremely helpful, great communication and the concerts are such an amazing experience for all the kids. I can't thank Tiny Dancer enough for all they do for all their Dancers. I hope my children are dancing for many years to come. I always recommend Tiny Dancer to friends and will continue to do so.
