Garbage customer service. Absolutely appalling. The owners here should not be operating a customer facing business, the fact that they got to run a branch of Australia Post is a joke.

I had worst customer service experience today.Old lady was very rude.She was aggressively refused to send the parcel because I didn't have a phone number on it.She could just ask me politely to write it down.Dosen't have to be so rude.I was offended so left there and went to the Carnegie one was very lovely and way nicer!Would not recommend.

Brilliant, wonderful customer service received at the Murrumbeena branch of Australia Post on every occasion. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. They are thoughtful and aware of waiting times, completing tasks proficiently, with knowledge and skill.

This is a fabulous post office with 2 wonderful people running it. The old owner was a bit 'unwelcoming' however the new folk are fabulous. The service is great and they always greet you with a smile. They are good for banking, passports and all things, stamps and all things postage related. 10/10 business.

The staff here are quite rude and showed no respect to us. They told me nothing will happen even though they behave badly, not follows the rules or even not gave your parcel. worst experience ever

Owner is a rogue operator that conducts business with absolute impunity. He's twice been loud, rude, disrespectful and condescending. The first time he refused to add insurance to a prepaid satchel, claiming it could not be done. He was visibly angry, yelled at me and told me I was wrong. I had to show him the Aus Post website and have him call a helpline to learn the process. Second time, he told me to stop talking" after I explained the policy for scanning prepaid satchels purchased at other stores
