This McDonald's is connected to a petrol station. You can drive through or dine in. You can easily park in front of the store. It's nice to look outside and people watch or watch the traffic as you eat. Service was friendly. The touch screen machines were not updated to include current promotions however, so ordered at the counter instead. Please keep the jalapeno Poppers as a permanent menu option! I love them. Toilets on the premises which could be cleaner but they were fine.

Went to this maccas. A lady was complaining why she couldn't use the rewards points on the drinks she was buying. The staff and manager handled it poorly. Simply say contact the app support. The store only take orders. Then the manager came and gave this lady 3 free milkshakes. What a stupid manager. I was the one trying to use the app to order, but the freaking app couldn't pay. So I and to go to the counter and waited for like 5 minutes on their reward claim argument. The staff shouldn't be giving out freebies.

Staff were rude and unhelpful.I needed a receipt as the machine didn’t give me one and they said they couldn’t help - just said the machine was out of paper. Seriously - put paper in the machine and also have some manners - you’re in a customer facing service job !

ordered mediu, cap via ubereats. My coffee was half cup empty. I cant't see the spill anywhere in the bag and the fofferr was properly packed but where is my other half of the coffee? What is the meaning of waiting 30 minutes for your breakfast and getting a cold and incomplete order. Trying to call them but no answer. wastage of time and money

Dirty, needs an upgrade and needs to have a staff member focusing on keeping the place clean. Cleaning should be a number one priority in an establishment where people are expected to eat food.

My partner and I went through the drive thru on Saturday. We just had to put our cat down and both had tears in our eyes. When we picked up our food one of the staff members put a lovely note on a napkin telling us to have a great day and gave us an extra hash brown. We are so thankful and it made us both bawl our eyes out more. Thank you to whoever did that for us. You didn't know why we were both so sad but you went out of your way anyway to bring some happiness into our day. Thank you so much and I hope you see this!
