Not wowed by their customer service. They give you a 3 hour window in which they will be there and still didn't turn up until 45 minutes past the end of the window. Also not in a rush to provide a quote on the work they said needs doing.

Had a split system stop working and after leaving a message I had a call back that afternoon and they were here a couple of days later and fixed the issue in a very short time. The woman I dealt with on the phone was lovely and very helpful and understanding (I'm sorry I don't remember your name!) And the guy that did the work was friendly and efficient. Have a great xmas guys! Thank you.

Most helpful. I had a capacitor failure on my large cassette air con. The unit was obsolete yet John managed to find a s/h replacement and fitted it at a very reasonable price
