Bought my pregnant daughter a block of mint aero, she break off the first row and little under half was only chocolate, no mint filling. Called customer service and they offered a call back the next day and would either replace or refund the product.I guess that's the least they could do.

please bring back smarties pop up ice cream. My life was at its full potential when I got to eat one of those on a Friday afternoon after my swimming lesson at the local pool.

Products are great but Customer Service could do with an improvement. Had a question that I submitted online. After 11 days with no response I called with my case number and they gave me the generic response rather than answering my question, I explained that this is not my question and that they would follow up with the team. Recieved an email the following day... but with the generic response that's already on the website. Please team, just spend 30 seconds reading what your customer's questions are, case no: 32731676Thanks

Id like to say that caro u guys make is such a great beveridge, although the lid of the bottle has changed with makes it harder to open, the screw top is better and easier please bring it back

The staff that takes deliveries needs a Jump start... Treat others like Sh#t. Need polite people who understands that people delivering to you also comes from some families background and eat chocolates too...In simple words, the people taking deliveries are bitter but working at Chocolate factory.. haha.. Good Luck..

The worst customer service and recording voicemail in the world.I tried to call their number only the security guard answers the call but when he transferred me to customer service nobody answers the call during the weekdays. I tried 5 times.

Go back to the old tins of carnation evaporated milk - the milk now comes out with lumps in the new tins. Will definitely be looking for better evaporated milk!

Lovely tasty chocolates and sweets l like Nestle because my lovely friend works there daily afternoon .She loves it.Mum use to work there when l was a little girl.l remember mum every day brought home some smartie Kit Kat,and we use to go crazy over them.

Nestle needs to employ good people. Too many bad employees. Left and resigned bcoz i was verbally abused by fellow co workers.Loved the discounted chocolates and at times we would get a free box of chocolates.
