Worst customer service i've experienced in a long time. Walked in ready to buy a house full of curtains.. walked out as quickly as i walked in.

We've had nothing but issues; Incorrect installation of our blinds with over 6 defects including different coloured chains, holes left in our window frame and blinds that fall at uneven lengths. Since being (poorly) rectified, we have encountered even more issues which I have notified them of with no response or action, even though these issues fall within only 3 months of installation. Poor workmanship and even more worse customer service. Go read more accurate reviews left by customers about this business on on the productreview website; I wish I did.See my photos as evidence of my claim.

Tina was super helpful. We looked through dozens of options and she was wonderful. With the patience of a saint; hanging up different combinations of curtains for us while rival factions warred over which would look best in our house. Thank you so much Tina!

Great service and good prices. They were able to hold stock for us overnight and had it all packed and ready for us as soon as they opened the next morning.

Don't waste your time here. Purchased blinds on the 29th December Julie was average for service wise but does know her blinds and certains and had to order some more blinds and brackets was told there were planty in stock and would be ready in a week. 2 weeks went by I called as I have not heard anything and was told there was no stock anywhere I informed the lady there was and even so where was the communication to tell me. I was told would havw them by the week after. No phone call again i called a second time to find out where my order was. They have no idea and was going to have Julie call me. Another week later no call again this is now almost 1 month of this no communication no one had no idea what was going on till i spat the dummy and was told there is a shipment to cone in by next month. I demanded a refund but was told i was passed 14day peirod. I'm sorry sweety but id I would have known that i was going to be constantly stuffed around by your eff ups and no communication I would have NEVER bought the blinds! I went to another store and got my refund back with A PHONE CALL OF AN APOLOGY ! That didn't even make the mistake in the first place. How hard is to dial a number and communicate. I have taken my sale else where:) hope morayfeild curtain wonderland learns fn their costly experience.
