I contacted this company by phone to ask if they could fabricate an item for me. A male employee responded sure we can" but refused to take the measurements (simply L x W x D) over the 'phone and instead insisted I provide those to him in writing via email or SMS.I did as requested

Don't bother asking this company to assist you. Called with my requirements on the 13th April 2018. Spoke to a male person on phone refused to assist me and said I needed to come into the shop. Zero customer service, look elsewhere if you need this type of service.
