It took me a long time to bite the bullet and try out seeing a therapist.. I've always figured problems out myself fine. Eventually I signed up to see if it could help and I wish i did sooner. There are just so many things i never would have thought of that i could do to be better. If only there wasn't so much shame around mental health we'd all be seeing someone!
