Needed help with upgrading my Mac laptop googled online for IT specialists in local area and found these guys. John took my call initially and was extremely helpful understood everything I was communicating to him about the problem as I’m not tech savvy so felt really confident I had rung the right people.Took my laptop in and Corey served me and within 30 minutes issues solved so I highly recommend Solutions I.T here in Bunbury.Extremely friendly competent and great fees.Will always give these guys a call if a need ever arises.

I wish I could give zero stars, these people are the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent morons I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They should NOT be Apple Techs at all since they refuse to actually adhere to warranties, block customers numbers for absolutely no reason and try to rip people off by claiming they did ridiculous things like remove the screws from their own laptops!! Seriously, AVOID these scam artists if at all possible and be sure to report them to Apple if they try to screw you over too.

Had a search for a particular cable for my macbook pro and after 3 visits to other stoters snd recieving referrals eventually got to your store in bunbury WA.As I was there to only buy one cable, not common, I was helped, advised and informed on how and where to buy. Not only is this type of service rather unusual but it was a delight to treated this way with an exceptional outcome.Corey was this mans name and exceptional service from him, Helped me to achieve my goal.Thankyou

After excellent service from Apple Support who pointed me to Solutions IT in Bunbury as the only Apple accredited repairer in Bunbury.I am very happy to report that Corey was amazing. He was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable above and beyond what I was expecting. He explained everything he was doing to find the problem and finally the cause of the problem, what the solution would be and what the cost would be. He even phoned me later in the day at home to advise me that the phone was repaired and confirmed arrangements for me to collect it the next day at my convenience.Great service and wonderful personality and attitude and a very reasonable price.
